high aspect ratio ICEM

hi, everyone
i have this problem on all ICEM meshing ... high aspect ratio .. if i increase the number of nodes , my laptop hang up ... thanks advanced to every one https://imgur.com/4fU88sL |

maybe double check your blocking... I once had some cells with bad aspect ratios and then noticed that I had forgot to delete a block outside of my flow field. ICEM tried to put some weird cells there. After fixing that, everything was fine.
you can also adjust the numbers of bars/ the scale of the axis in order to show the cells with the bad ratio (click on the bad column). Last edited by -Maxim-; December 16, 2015 at 09:14. Reason: asdf |
