Hello,
I work on axial compressors and I was considering using ICEM for automatic generation of my geometries and possibly in the future automate the block meshing. I have multiple geometries and will be creating new ones in the future. My data has points that define the blade surfaces at different spanwise / radial positions and I will alter these profiles numerous times in the future. I know there is a .rpl file available and the programming language is in something called tcl, but I am far more familiar with Python myself and had heard that ICEM was looking to make available the possibility of doing all the scripting using python instead. I can not seem to find any information on ICEM programming with python out there and I do not understand where I can learn more about how exactly the python scripts are written for creating geometries from python scripts. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated, thank you. |
