mecing is on a distinguished road
Hello. everybody.
I'm an mechanical engineering student. My ANSYS final project is about piezoelectric materials with aluminium plate.

Model parameters except dimensions are piezoelectric material have to be on the aluminium plate and the model has 3D-shape. Modal and harmonic analysis are demanded.

Is there anybody completed like this project?

I defined as SOLID227 for PZT and SOLID185 for aluminium. I combined each other with BOOLEANS->GLUE and gave MESHING. Face voltages were given as 1V and 0V for PZT. Also I gave DAMPING RATIO and FREQUENCY RANGE values. I defined ANAYSIS TYPE, also.

When I use SOLVE-> Current LS for the analysis solving, program directly close itself.

I didn't solve this issue.

I use ANSYS 12.0
