Can somebody look at this picture and tell me what's wrong?

I'm trying to mesh a heatsink in ICEM.

I created a block that encompassed the entire heatsink and then created an O-grid around it.

I then proceeded to split inside the O-grid to produce the fluid channels while I deleted the blocks corresponding to the fins.

When I try to generate a pre-mesh this is the result at a cut plane through the fins. Note how the blocking divisions (element spacing) are correct at the bottom of the channel but bunch towards the fins towards the top.

Have I failed to correctly associate the geometry? What is causing this? If anybody has any ideas i'd be really pleased to hear them :)

you can adjust the number/size of cells at each edge/curve. Try adjusting them so the cells are squarish not rectangular as yours.

Hi, that's the first thing I tried using edge sizing. You can see in the first picture on the far left where I tried upping the divisions to 10 and making them equally spaced. It didn't work..... I think it has something to do with the corner vertices on the heatsink fins, as all the elements are being bunched up there. I've tried removing the association but to no avail.
