Should i define thin cut in robust octree for this problem and how to define thin cut in icem? i don't know how to use thin cut option

Hello.

You can try to decrease the option "Edge criterion". Seach it in the help menu or find it in Mesh >> Global >> Volume mesh.

The meshing process will take more time then.

A thin cut can also help you. Be sure, that the curve at the intersection of this two surfaces is contained in a third part.
