Cannot create volume mesh

I have created premesh using surface blocking and then converted into unstructured mesh now i have surface mesh as shown in image now when i try to make delauny mesh from this exsisting mesh it takes like 6 hours but still shows 0 % progress what should i do to create volume mesh from this surface mesh
