Trouble exporting a mesh from ICEM to Fluent

1 Attachment(s)
Hey everyone,

I'm currently trying to run a structured mesh that I have created in ICEM in Fluent, but each time I try to run it I receive the following error:

WARNING: no face with given nodes. Thread 10, cell 196820

Clearing partially read grid.

Error: Build Grid: Aborted due to critical error.

Error: Build Grid: Aborted due to critical error.
Error Object: #f

I have run a few fixes that I have found around this site - there are no longer any uncovered faces, and the main issues discovered by the mesh check are single edge elements and overlapping elements (the latter of which seems to not be fixed by the automatic fixing). However, another issue is the quality of my mesh. I've attached a histogram of mesh quality, but I am mainly concerned that my lowest quality value is negative. As far as I'm aware I've associated all of my edges and curves correctly, so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?

I've sorted this problem out by changing my blocking structure - I now have a mesh that works perfectly well in Fluent.
