[Workbench] Ansys the mechanical wizard could not be loaded from the url specified in the option

I get this message whenever I try to open the meshing.
Could someone please help me to fix this error

could you problem with your location where you are saving your mesh file?

Thanks for your reply I'll post a screenshot soon. I doubt it's a problem with the location though
