Looking for quick tutorial on creating unstructured mesh

Hi
Could any please tell me what are the steps involved for doing an unstructured mesh.As i am very new to Ansys Icem, i don't know completely about the unstructured mesh. I have read some tutorials , which i feel that they are not enough for me to do.
I am currently learning to mesh(unstructured) an Airfoil.Could anyone please tell me how to do it.
Thankyou

I will give you steps :

1. Import geometry and check quality of it. Set tolerance, units etc.
2. set global parameters and shell meshing parameters
3. set curve parameters if you want to use patch dependent
4. Set surface parameters (curve parameters if you want more control). Change method to patch independent in shell meshing.
5. Set inflation parameters for curves in part mesh setup and put no of layer, first layer height and expansion ratio.
6. Compute mesh and check quality.
7. If every thing is ok, then set boundary conditions, solver and output the mesh.
