Dear all,

I am trying to mesh a 3D geometry with 2 corrugated plate stacked on each other. I need to have fine mesh with boundary layer. However because of the sharp angles the quality mesh drops down for some elements. I have tried multi zone mesh and tetrahedron but the quality is not good. I would appreciate if someone can help me with this.

Both the parts look sweepable, I recommend that you try sweep mesh.
