[Workbench] Converting mesh files back into geometry files

Hi,

I'm attempting to run a solid/fluid simulation on Ansys workbench for a human carotid artery for my college thesis.

I have the mesh files (.uns and .msh) that were used some years ago on the subject but not the geometry files (except .tin). I have a transient structural and a fluid flow (fluent) analysis system paired to a system coupling component in my workbench file. The fluent system will accept the import of the mesh files , however the transient structural system will not and only seems to accept geometry files.

My question is can anybody give me some pointers on if it is possible to convert the mesh files back to geometry files to input into transient structural? I've tried using ICEM CFD, ICEPAK and FE modeller without much success, any help is much appreciated.
