Error: .... because of an edge intersection in the boundary mesh

Hello everyone, I am very new to ANSYS Workbench and CFX, and am very thankful and appreciative to all suggestions.

When I am trying to mesh a geometry for CFX analysis, I get:

"Error: Patch-conforming tetrahedron mesh failed because of an edge intersection in the boundary mesh."

- Geometry is imported as .STEP from Solidworks. Previous iterations with different changes made on a surface I was able to mesh and simulate. However, current iteration (also with a change made on the same surface) gives the error above in Mesh.

- I have tried modifying Relevance value. Non-zero values lead to successful mesh but fails in solving or fails in getting desired flow pattern.

- I don't have the chance to try ANSYS's tutorials. Although, I have checked the tutorials out and tried different solutions mentioned like Advanced size function, Automatic Inflation/Program controlled inflation, different Methods such as Tetrahedrons/Hex Dominant/Sweeps.... However, it still fails to mesh.

Is there anything im missing out or any possibilities for me to try? I appreciate all suggestions and thanks for your time spent.

Lam
