Hi

I am interested in any guidelines people may have for using inflation layers.

I understand the first cell height for the correct Y+ value.

Does anyone have any tips for things like

- How many layers to use
- How far the total height of the inflation layers should extend beyond the boundary, certain controls make the last cell in the inflation quite large, which may be a good thing if trying to match it to the surrounding mesh.
- The face size on the boundary in comparison to the cell height, presumably if the face size is much larger than the first cell height then the cell will become distorted, or is the advantage of inflation layers that they can be much thinner in height compared to their width without losing quality.

Thanks
