Hi everyone

I'm meshing a blade on Ansys ICEM. I need to extract the curves of my part so I can associate my blocking's edges to the part's curves. How can I do this ?

Best Rgds

Nat

Hi Nat, is your part only made up of surfaces? If you only have surfaces to work with, one option is to use "Extract curves from Surfaces" command in the Create/Modify Curves menu. For my example case, it only extracted curves when I checked the option "Create New" under "Extract Edges".

Hope that helps!!

Hi niablis

I believe I only have surfaces yes. I imported a file.tin. Is that only a surface ?
I will try following your instructions. Thankyou so much !
