Can't Create Any Geometry

Hi Guys! =)
I don't know why but i can't make any line or sketch in te DM... when i'am look in the status bari saw that symbol.. Why that?How i can fix that?  Thanks and sorry my english..

its open in read only format, make sure your license is free and no one else is using it!
