[DesignModeler] Unable to edit geometry

Failover Feature 'ANSYS Design Modeler' Specified in licence preference is not available.
Request name agppi doesnot exist in licence pool.
FLEXIm server is not responding. Resource temporarily not available.

I get above mentioned errors when i open Design Modeler to import geometry.
If i directly import by right clicking on geometry, a similar error pops up when i try to open Mechanical.

System and Software Info:
Workbench ANSYS 15.0
Windows 8.1
64 bit

License errors. Possible solutions: (apply in the order given below)

1. Restart pc

2. Reinstall license server

3. Reinstall ANSYS

4. Reinstall windows
