Hello everyone,
I am looking to simulate the air flow within a room (for the moment the room is just a basic square). I already ran a first simulation with FLUENT (see picture attached) with 3 inlet/outlet. Now, I wish the geometry to be more accurate with the inlet duct being modeled inside the fluid domain already created. I am using DesignModeler and I am stuck with this problem for creating this geometry. I tried to draw a circle on one face then extrude "cut material" on the inside but afterwards I don't know how to access this material so I can draw the inlet.(see screenshot attached) Other method I thought it might be interesting is to "merge" the room + the duct I modeled before (see picture attached), but I have not a single clue how to do that. If anymore could give me some help either on the first or second method, I would really be thankfull. Cheers. |
