Hello,
I m working in reactor which is a trancated cone .I did this geometry in design Modeler, and now I try to do a structed meshing in ANSYSMESHING.In fact I have ,at first, to define tow inlets (tow sufacies) ''entree1'' and entree 2 .For this ,I use intersection between different part in the bottom of the trancated cone in order to defines these inlets ,and after that I use some booleens to unit some bodies. But in the ANSYSMESHING I have some places where it is not a structed mesh.
Thanks

If you want to have hexahedral mesh then you can include 'method' and then select 'Hex Dominant'. This should force ansys meshing to include hexahedral mesh elements as much as possible.

I have fixed the non structed mesh, but now I have some places in the geometry which is not mapped , I tried to use 'Face Meshing' but I didn't succeed I get message text told me that the selective body meshing is not being recorded,so the meshing may nt be persistent on an update .And finally I have something represinting in this picture.

This has been discussed before try to google search in the forum... consider ICEM. tutorials are available in youtube, you can mesh this faster
