Hi,
I have a month of Background of ICEM, so I will try not to be stupid with my questions.

I am meshing the following geometry.
FV.PNG.

My meshing strategy, is to split the pipe into 4 small pipes and create blocks and use an o-grid block.
The Problem was in the last Region where i have to mesh an elliptical out of plane Profile with an circular Profile. the FV is :meshing_problem.PNG
The block structure was not providing good mesh in this Region. So I decided to mesh this Region from the mesh module.

Here, I tried to use the following things:
1. providing higher nodes on this elliptical surface.
2. proving thin cuts.
3. using refined mesh for the surface.
4. changing the global size, part size
I always get failure in the geometry and creates holes.

Even after a lot of resolving of the edges, using stitch, and match edges, creating ad deleting elements, the following elements, I could not delete/repair.
I create a very small part size, 1e-6. which also was not good enough.

Please give me recommendations to improve this, elliptical surface mesh.

diamondx will become famous soon enough
in the mesh option you should add those two surfaces in "thin cut", I think it can help you solve your problem

read my thread. I tried this. did not work. there are still gaps. the geometry deviates a lot.
