Hello everyone,
I am modeling rotating vertical CVD (chemical vapor deposition) reactor which is included ( inlet, outlet, rotating wafer and rotating susceptor (both walls) ). My question, what is good mesh can fit my model using ansys meshing. Any recommendations and hints are valuable. Thank you in advance for any help.
