Geometry in ICEM

i have created a rectangular surface of 180*32 mm^2, at a point i want to create a hole of radius 0.1mm so i have created a circle of 0.1mm radius and i have used segment/trim surface to cut the cirlce area form rectangular area, but i am not getting accurate hole. pls check attached image and help me what should i do?

This is not the proper way to do it.
First set the points and the outer lines of your rectangle.
Then create a circle which is going to be your hole.
You will then create a surface using only the outer lines of the rectangle.
Procedure than changes depending on the kind of mesh you want.
Is is a hexa-structured or unstructured mesh?
