Feedback on mesh quality for SST in CFX

I am looking to build a low Re SST model (y+<=1) of NASA Rotor 37
J-type topology was used with 0.5 O-grid width factor.
I would like to know if the no. of layers used in the O-grid are satisfactory and whether the overall mesh is alright. For O-grid i went with expansion rate of 1.2 giving 27 elements, however my blade span-wise rate is 1.4 and produces around 64 elements. Is this high span-wise growth rate affecting the solution adversely?
Is this model considered satisfactory to be classified for the yplus<=1 requirement?
