hi, I'm trying to simulate a fan in a complex geometry (from now called "frame").
I have generated the fan with vista AFD, modified in blade gen and finally meshed in turbogrid. I have drawn the frame in solidworks and then imported and meshed in CFX (coarse mesh only to understand how to do!). 1)how I can merge the two mesh? 2)how can I determine the space that I have to leave empty in the frame to put the tgrid mesh? 3)can I create the hub in tgrid(full hub it's ok, without shaft)? here the link of the files, if you want to have a look: https://1drv.ms/f/s!AlY0liGuZwHig8oy-d_GSD4TwD0IXw PS: I want to simulate a quarter of the geometry thanks to the symmetry, exactly like in the tutorial 17, RRF.
