Default Turbogrid 2 Different Periodic Geometries

Dear all,

In turbogrid, I always see two differently created periodic domains like in the below picture (one is used for meshing and the other one is just a wireframe):

What does it mean? is there a way to eliminate this? Does it create a problem?
