ICEM or WORKBENCH. Help in this specific case

Good morning, I'm a student of mechanical engineer and I want to apologies for my english. I'm currently working on my tesis to obtain my degree as engineer, I'm simulating an VAWT (Vertical Axial Water Turbine) H-Darrieus and I been like 1 month trying to mesh my turbine.

Thanks to the forum I been reading about ICEM and WORKBENCH. I learned that ICEM is most advantages than the workbench mesh so. I would like to ask help with somethings:

1. I understand that ICEM has more tools to create a mesh. In my geometry it is neccesary? I been trying to mesh my geometry but honestly I dont know how to mesh properly in 3D.

2. I hope someone can help me I would really appreciate. Again, sorry for my English and have a nice day!

PS. I let a picture of a mesh that I came up with but I think that's not very good

This is the geometry, I been told to simulate just 1 airfoil that this would save me simulation time

This is the mesh, I Hope you guys can see the airfoil inside
