Meshing a 3 D room with furniture

Hello Everyone

I am a newbie to ICEM and to CFD in general. I am trying to mesh a 3 D room which is full of furniture- most of which are rectangular. I have not had any problem in designing 3 D blocks for this kind of geometry. But what is tormenting is two triangular structures which are built into two corners. I am having trouble defining blocks for them, which can capture their shape accurately. I tried defining cuboidal blocks, associating the edges and moving the vertices. But this did not work out.
Could someone help me in meshing these triangular structures? I have attached two pictures which show the two geometries at the two corners.
Looking forward to your valuable advice and feedback.

For triangular shape, you have to create y-grid. Google it , the forum is fool on examples how to do it.

Thank you for this information.
I tried by merging vertices of the cubiodal block, both with and without the Y grid. The Pictures are attached.
First one is Without Y Grid, while second one is With Y Grid. As you see, both meshes are very bad, but the one with Y Grid is worse.

What can I be doing wrong? How to go about it?
