How to improve mesh quality in problematic regions?

3 Attachment(s)
Hello,

I'm using ICEM to mesh a delta wing geometry. I'm happy with the blocking and just checked my mesh quality. Unfortunately, I get really poor elements on the mid-section of the upper surface of my wing. They occur exactly around the position where I have associated a vertex of a block to a point. Therefore, I think it has to something with it. However, I'm not sure if this is true and also how to fix it as I don't understand how the issue arose in first place. I have attached pictures and also happy to upload the files if needs be.

Hope someone will find the time to answer my question!
Thank you very much in advance for any help!!!! :)
