Hi,

I have made a script for ICEM and would like to document it with comments so colleagues can make use of it and understand it.

However, whenever I try to comment within a procedure or loop I recieve errors. I think it is because the version of tcl ICEM uses requires all commands within a loop to be on the same line. For example,

Code:
proc helloworld {} { \
   set x "Hello" ; \
   set y "World" ; \
   lappend x $y ; \
   mess $x ; \
   }
Works in ICEM, but if i try

Code:
proc helloworld {} { \
   set x "Hello" ; \
   set y "World" ; \
   lappend x $y ; \
   {#} Hello Comment ; \
   mess $x ; \
   }
But I will get error Error: invalid command name "#"

Anybody have any tips on commenting within loops?

Or should i just stick to commenting outside the loops?
