Meshing In ICEM

Hello Friends,
I am Meshing a 2D pipe using ICEM.I need to have dense meshing at the walls and relatively less dense meshing at the center of pipe.I am not getting how to do it as I am new to ICEM:If there is anyone outthere who can help me I would be glad.

use spacing and ratio.
