3D mesh with 'edge bias'

2 Attachment(s)
I'm trying to make a mesh with a bias to the walls of a 3D model. The model is of a bifurcating artery.
I managed to give the inlet and two outlets an edge bias and sweep this from one end to the other. This is visible in the outlet_1 image. The outlet has the type of mesh I want (preferably even smaller though). I can't find a way to do such a thing for the lumen (not sweepable).
The mesh_parameters image is the different mesh controls I'm using for the rest of the model.
How would I go about making the same type of mesh for the lumen?
