inflation of curved geometry

Dear all, I would like to seek advice from you all how to create an inflation of a curved geometry. As you see from the attached, the right side is inflated nicely while the left side cannot be inflated at all. Can you please advise ?

suggest you to do separate named selection and give inflation separately for both
