blocking and meshing strategy for twisted ellipse geometries

What is the meshing strategy for ellipse-tubes geometry? There are five ellipse-tubes aliened in the geometry, and i'd like to study the heat transfer and flow characters of the domains between outsides of tubes and the outer rectangular boundary. “COUNTER FLOW WITH AIR AND WATER IN TWISTED ELLIPTICAL TUBES”
Is it suitable to get structural mesh for this geometry?
