not understand warning message about mesh

Hello may somebody tell me what this warning message mean:

Assigning a scoped size (Body/Sphere of Influence or Body/Face/Edge size ) with a corresponding element size larger than the Advanced Size Function Max element size, might lead to bad quality volume meshes for CFD. It is highly recommended to make sure that the Max Size is larger than any scoped size.

is it mean that my mesh is not good? and what mean by scoped size?

means local sizing should not be larger than global sizing.

to achieve right mesh, increase the global sizing

Thanks Kapi for the reply. You mean I need to increase my geometry dimensions? Then the global size increases?

no,
under mesh in advanced size function change the MAX size option to match the ma size you want.
