O Grid Is Not Successful!

Dear all,
Hello. Hope all are well. I am facing a problem in generating an O grid for parabolic trough collector (PTC). The solar collector has an inner cylinder that is fluid, an outer concentric cylinder for metal pipe, a third cylinder for vacuum which I have currently selected as a fluid and a fourth cylinder for glass pipe. I have four cylinders in design modeler that are also in ICEM. I created a block for the whole geometry (getting a "SOLID" part), associated block edge to geometry curve of outer most cylinder i.e. glass pipe, and snap vertices. But when I try to create an O grid using faces of inlet and outlet I get an error "O grid not successful". Why is that? I have tried o grid blocking through block method as well but same issue is there. Would be grateful if someone could help me out. Thanks. |
