I installed Ansys 17.2, 18.0, and 18.2 ICEM CFD on our CentOS 7.3 based cluster as individual modules. Every time I try to start ICEM CFD on any version I get the following error:
Missing font family helvetica
Window information: depth = 24
class = 4
visual depth = 24 class = 4
can't load font screen14, using variable
Signal 11 caught!
segmentation violation - exiting after doing an emergency save
Exiting...
Exit from ICEM CFD

Hi,
although cent os differs alot from ubuntu, there have been similar issues with ubuntu. It might provide a hint to solve this issue:
Error When Starting ICEM CFD in Ubuntu
Ubuntu: cannot edit any field
Best regards,
Sebastian

Explain what it is the problem for you, such as error messages and other symptoms.
Why is the problem the same as the OP after you applied the previous solution attempts?
