Hi All.
I want to mesh the geometry below with ansys mesher,first i tried to mesh the helical pipe I put mapped face on cross section(inner pipe) with 2 division ,when cheking meshing i found i farther cross section an non-uniform mesh as shown in picture.how to fix this issue and how to have a uniform mesh an all cross section of the geometry;
thanks

Hi,

You should apply a sweep mesh method in addition of your mapped face mesh (at both ends) with the number of divisions.

Have fun

Please upload the geometry.

Let me see what I can do.

As Anand suggested, please upload your geometry so that people can have a look.

Sweep mesh methods in Ansys Meshing often require to manually specify the source and target face. Did you create your geometry by sweeping the face along a guide curve?
