Setting Boundary Conditions to Inaccessible Part of Geometry

Hello!

I am using ANSYS Polyflow to create a rheological model for melt spinning. The fluid enters into the barrel passes through the inner part of an annular disk, followed by a counter bore, and lastly passes through the capillary. The boundary conditions I want for the disk are no slip conditions (vn=vs=0) for all surfaces of the outer annulus. However, I cannot access the disk cross section enclosed in the barrel when "creating named selections' on ANSYS Meshing. This is after all the geometry bodies are combined into 1 part.

I have tried taking the separated body parts to Meshing, designating the desired labels, and then went back to Design Modeler and unified the bodies into one part. This only resulted in the disk cross section labels being voided.
