Default Big Tetrahedral transition on unstructured hex mesh

Hello everyone.

Its anyway to avoid this behaviour when i use the hex -dominant Mesh.

Im talking about the big Tetrahedral elements on the red rectangle, im looking to get a smooth trasnition.
