[Workbench] error in meshing

I Made a model of reinforced concrete beam column joint in ansys workbench. while solving the model, after giving all force and boundary condition, it shows following two errors:

error 1:
"The value of UZ at node 5073 is 6057083.95. It is greater than the
current limit of 1000000"
error 2:
"If one or more parts of the model are held together only by contact
verify that the contact surfaces are closed. Also make sure that
there are constraints (or friction) in the sliding direction even if
no load is applied in that direction"

how can i rectify these errors

Hi Simon,

The errors are clearly stated and suggestions are even provided... Obviously your model isn't properly defined. Try to address the issue by constraining the model. Moreover you can highlight the problematic nodes by selecting the mesh id.
