[ANSYS Meshing] Automated ANSYS mesh export in ASCII (OpenFOAM) format

Hey there,

I have a question regarding mesh transfer from ANSYS Workbench. I need the mesh as a input for OpenFOAM (ASCII format).
Usually I create the mesh using File --> Export. But now I want to export about 100 meshes and opening every mesh with the Mesher is quite time-consuming.
Is there any faster way (macro or script) to get the meshes?

Hi Siny,

I'm facing the same problem about exporting ascii .msh files with a script. I can export binary files with a script, but not ascii ones.

Did you manage to go through it ?
