[ICEMCFD] Mesh has hole

I am facing the problem of holes in geometry while meshing (unstructured) pipe with (robest octree)

The pipe having diam of 900mm and thickness if 9.53 the small pipe attached to it having thickness 3.9.

Due to such variation in mesh size the unstructured meshing is very difficult and whenever I generate mesh it shows the error of hole in geometry

Somebody plz help me out !

I have tried the edge criterion also. After building topology it shows all red and blue curves. but after mesh generation it shows hole in geometry message :(

Hole in geometry is indication that mesh is leaking from some where. What I have observed is:

1. Size is smaller than the geometry and topo tolerances.

2. There is surface missing

3. Duplicate surfaces.

4. Inside there are enclosed surfaces, which you did not intended to mesh, but did not declare with some material point. In order to instruct the ICEM that do not mesh there. Or if you want to mesh it, than it will instruct that these are two volumes and in between them there is wall.

5. By default you have option of meshing visible geometry in octree. This is ok, if all the surfaces are enabled in display view. If one or two surfaces are hidden from view, this will also give you same error.

Note: Post some pics of geometry and meshing. What sizes you have set and where. Show them on some image.
