I have a simple volume with a lot of internal surfaces. I want these to be meshed in a structured way as a split wall, so I obtain a front and back side. I need both separately to be able to define different physics in Pre.

Using Tets/Prisms meshing, this is very straight forward. But in Hex meshing not. Moreover, the help says that Split wall are available to Octree Tetra Meshing only.

For clarification: I know how to create an internal wall (by assigning an internal face to a named surface), but that is not the same as a split wall.
Also, I know I can create split walls by assigning separate material points in volumes next to each internal surface. But that is a bit laborious with 150 internal walls.

So, who can help me with a workaround?

You can create a hexa split wall after converting the blocking to unstructured mesh. So you start with the internal walls in your blocking. After conversion you can split these internal walls under edit mesh -> split internal walls. Although the manual states that this function is only working for tri mesh, it works in most cases for quad surface mesh, too.
