Topology Issues with Parasolids in ANSYS

1 Attachment(s)
I have been running into an issue when trying to model/mesh my electrical board in ANSYS workbench. The DBC board (shown below) is achieved by directly exporting Parasolid files from the Altium software. Once imported in Design modeler I make some changes (i.e. combining bodies for simplification, deleting unnecessary areas, etc) but nothing overly complicated.
The final model is comprised of thin material layers (Copper routing - ceramic - more copper routing - ceramic - heat spreader).

When I go to apply the Share Topology function or jump to the Meshing Application, my workbench program gets hung and then quickly 'Stops Responding'. If I chose to 'Wait for Program to Respond' it tends to just remain hung for as long as I let it before I force the program to stop.

Does anyone have experience in working with Parasolids in ANSYS or any past issues similar to this?
