How to improve min. orthogonal angle

1 Attachment(s)
Hi,:)

I am trying to mesh a micropump geometry with structured mesh in ICEM CFD. i meshed it using O-grid. But the min. ortho is less than 10. and 95% of the elements fall in the range of 0 to 4.5. This gives negetive volume error in the analysis. Could anyone help me to improve orthogonality.

Here is my geometry in .adgb format.

I am also attaching an image of the blocking. Please help me to correct the way of blocking if I had done it wrong.

Thanks in advance :)
