Dear All,

I have imported my solidworks model inside Ansys - Fluent. Im about to do heat transfer analysis. The first step need to go through Design Modeler. When i try to boolean it, it gave me error.

Boolean 1:

Substract
Target Body: Fluid Domain
Tool Body: Roof
Preserve tool bodies: Yes

No problem, i can generate it without error.

Boolean 2:

Substract
Substract
Target Body: Fluid Domain
Tool Body: House body including roof truss
Preserve tool bodies: No

Error: Operation would result in non-manifold bodies. Context: Geometry Engine, while generating feature Boolean2.

I read somewhere to try to use Tool>Fill and Tool>Merge also error.

What should i do next? How to fix this.
