Meshing of mixing tank

2 Attachment(s)
I am modeling a rectangular mixing tank with a 45 pitched 4-blade turbine. The results i have gained using a non-conformal mesh are doubtable so i am trying to improve the mesh quality.

The problem is shown in the attached pictures. The mesh is successful on the tank's boundaries via sizing and face meshing methods, but as you can see its quality in the interior is very poor. I started by using a Multizone method which i think is suitable for my case but the mesh is not successful. The same thing happens for the hex dominant or the Tetra method.

I have also some difficulties meshing properly the blades and the rotating zone.

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

Hey there,
I think if you could literally chop down the reactor domain into smaller pieces you might gain better control over the mesh.
It would be beneficial to create a cylinder around the impeller so that you can use tet or poly for that and use hex mesh for the rest.
Cheers
