Hi,
I'm a 4th year uni student currently working on big project, where our team is planning to build an external fuel tank for small aircraft. For a few months we've been testing the parts of our design singularly on ANSYS without many problems and now as the final task before manufacturing we need to test the entire design. For the past two days I've been trying to mesh our design but with no result as two main errors repeatedly pop up. I've attached screenshot with the error messages at the bottom, any help or recommendations would be hugely appreciated as I'm kind of stuck. If more information is needed I am willing to send the geometry CAD file. ISOcutviewofTankNomesh.jpg ISOviewofTank.jpg ISOcutviewofTank.jpg Thanks. |

Did you try to reduce the element size as he is basically saying?
