Holes in geometry, broken mesh, high resolution grid

Good afternoon!
I ask to help with an existing problem arising at a stage of construction of a mesh in ICEM.

Task: simulate the full-scale flow around a multilayer grid (the grid is a bent wire, hooked to itself, wire diameter 0.3 mm).

The grid is stacked in several rows in a chaotic order with an overlapping step. The model was made in Inventor 2016. The model under investigation is a stream of air flow around the grid. That is, the grid is cut from the air using Inventor 2016 tools. Dimensions of strim is 15x15x200mm

Stages of work in the ICEM:
1. After the selection of the main faces and the formation of Part in the ICEM, I generate the Body.
2. Using the Repair Geometry module, the construction of the Topology of Geometry (Build Diagnostic Topology) has been performed. In consequence of which "broken surfaces" were discovered.
3. After setting the mesh parametres (where prisms were built, without hexes), in global settings, the maximum element size was 1mm and the minimum size was 0.01mm. At the end of the mesh generation, a message appears on the detection of holes in the geometry. Regardless of the answer when filling or not filling these holes, this kind of error occurs: there are some of triangles in the holes after that.

After construction of geometry topology and when I construct a mesh, holes are found in surfaces that are filled with triangles that give an error.
I ask to help or assist to build correctly a grid! Maybe someone had experience in building meshes like this?

More scrinshots for request.

I already tried to delete duplicate yellow lines, but when I do output mesh for fluent I get some messages, which inform me about bad elements :(

I mean, before doing anything in ICEM, set triangulation and topo tolerance tighter.
Also check if you can increase accuracy during import.
