Isotopological meshes in 3D

Hi all,

Is it possible to create isotopological meshes, i.e. meshes with the same number of nodes and elements?

I'll give you an example, let's suppose I have two pipes in 3D of different length, is there a setting which allows me to set up the same number of elements and nodes on the two meshes?

Thank you!
