Cannot heal wound error

Hello, I need help regarding ansys.I am facing following error.
"Cannot heal wound" I google it and i couldn't find any helpfull thing except someone talking about "Create -> boolean" I cannot click on this link image below. I can give you my files. if you want. This is my final year project so please help me.     Regards Zubair |
